Guinness won the Premier Title at the Euro Tab U21 Water Polo Tournament at St. Vincent’s Pool, Glasnevin, Dublin, with a 6-5 win over Warrender in the Final. They had earlier defeated Sandycove and Cathal Brugha in the Quater-Finals and Semi-Finals.

The six Premier teams played a knockout (elimination) Quarter-Final before the three losers played in a round-robin group to determine the fourth semi-finalist. C. McGreggor was player of the Tournament and A Fogarty of Sandycove scored the fastest goal in 10 seconds.

There was also a plate competition for teams knocked out in the Preliminary Group round, featuring Clondalkin, Clonard, Metro and Glenalbyn B.
