IAFL Senior Team 1997 Home Ground: Gateway Computers, Clonshaugh, Co. Dublin Colours: Black Jerseys/ White Pants with Black Stripe/ White Helmet with Black Stripe History: Formed as the Gateway Bulls, by employees of Gateway Computers, then changed their name to Dublin Bulls after taking a number of former Dublin Tornadoes players on board. The Bulls played one season in 1997, posting a 5-3 record, and eventually losing to the Carrickfergus Knights in Shamrock Bowl XII. [1][2] They merged with the newly formed Dublin Tigers in 1998. [1]
