Recap
Despite a spirited second half comeback the Berlin Thunder lost to Hamburg Sea Devils 20-28 which saw the Thunder drop to 1-6 and the Sea Devils move to 7-1. The Hamburg Quarterback with the Irish name J Clark fired four touchdowns to his receivers, three to A Botella Moreno to build up a 21-0 halftime lead and then one in the third quarter to J Madin Cerezo to put Hamburg 28-0 up.
The Berlin team, however, refused to say die, and C Stitt fired three touchdowns of his own to S Jones to bring the Thunder to within eight points, however, that was how it ended.
