Kulms Eagles won the 2020 Hokkaido Adult American Football Federatio North Laundry League with two wins from two. The Hamanasu Bowl was cancelled due to concerns over the continued Coronavirus Pandemic. The Bowl was recheduled to be an All-Star Student v Adult Teams Bowl (with the Adult teams consisting of players from Hokkaido Rise, Hokkaido Bulls and Sapporo Bengals.

The Hokkaido American Football Association is one of 25 Local American Football Associations in 9 of Japan’s Districts and Areas. It forms a level below the Japan American Football Association which runs Collegiate and Social (Corporation) Leagues. The Hokkaido American Football Association runs the Hokkaido Student League, Hokkaido Workers League, Hokkaido High School Championship, and the Hokkaido Flag Football League.
