Report

Among the prospects in Minor League AAA Baseball in 1991 was Jose Offerman of the Albuquerque Dukes, who was described by the Baseball Times as having great potential. He was called up to the Major leagues again for 1992, having previously played there but had been demoted due to lack of concentration.
