Other Softball Leagues & Cups

As well as the Leinster Softball League, the Leinster Championship, a knockout tournament, was played from 1990-1993.

It was replaced in 1998 by the Leinster Softball Association 5:5 Pennant with a 5:5 Male:Female Ratio.

In 2002 The Irish Softball Association Cup was the replacement for 5:5 Pennant, which in turn became the Brian Walshe Cup (named after an Oddsox Pitcher who died young at the age of 27).

Other Competitions have included the Inter-County Tournament, featuring teams from outside Dublin, and a precursor to the Ulster Softball League & Munster Softball League.

There was also a League in Leinster for Competitive Females from 1997-2002.
