In 2015 the Munster League & Leinster League were merged into one ROI League with Semi-Finals & Finals before the Grand Final. The NI League had the same format as previously, with one League followed by a Final.
For 2016 the Munster and Leinster Provinces were merged into one ROI League, with Galway Tribesmen emerging victors, 15-8 over Athboy Longhorns. The went on to win the Grand Final, 36-34 over Ulster Champions Ballynahinch Rabbitohs.
The newly named Longhorns RL, now playing in Ashbourne, though still Co. Meath, won the 2017 title 46-6 over Belfast Met Scholars, after emerging winners over the holders, Galway, in the ROI Championship Final.
The 2018 season saw Longhorns RL again emerging victorious over Galway in the ROI Final, with Belfast Stags narrowly winning NI Championship 30-28 over Portadown Pumas. After a season where many teams dropped out and a lot of games were cancelled, the All-Ireland Final itself, between Longhorns RL and Belfast Stags, was cancelled, after the Stags forfeited.
In 2019, there was no regularly playing Northern Conference, and the Title was contested by 5 Southern Conference teams, with Longhorns winning 38-16 over Dublin City Exiles.
