Report
Dodder Dynamoes won their third Softball Ireland National Club Championship in four years. The Leinster Champions beat the Ulster Champions Belfast Brawlers on all three occasions, and it was the Brawlers fourth loss in the SINCC final in four years.
Belfast learnt the lessons of their two previous meetings with Dodder where they let in over 30 runs on both occasions. This time their defense held the Dynamoes to a couple of runs or less in every inning bar the fourth where they let in eight runs. Dodder, however, brought its “A” game on defense, holding the Brawlers to just 5 runs.
The Final Score was 17-5 to Dodder Dynamoes.
