Chicago Bruisers, having lost the Arena Bowl 26-13 to their arch-rivals earlier in the year in the US, were beaten for the second time in a week in London, when they lost 43-14 to arch-rivals Detroit Drive in the Arena Football Premiere in the Docklands Arena in London in 1989.
