Recap

Fort Wayne Friars and Cincinnati Celts were not members of the APFA (American Professional Football Association) in 1920, however, both teams scheduled games against APFA teams, and the Cincinnati Celts were to officially join the APFA in 1921. While not official members the Celts played three games versus APFA teams in 1920, with only this match versus the Fort Wayne Friars of Indiana against an Independent team.

Shiner Knabb scored their winning touchdown, a 20 yard run, in what was to prove the only score of the game.
