Frankfurt Galaxy tore apart the Stuttgart defense amassing 57 points while also holding the Surge to just one field goal as they ran riot at home in Frankfurt. The win saw them improve to 5-1 and dropped the Stuttgart Surge to 2-3 and a game behind Cologne Centurions in Division South.

The floodgates opened in the first quarter with A Mahoungou’s Fumble Recovery on the 1 yard line of Stuttgart which he ran in for a Touchdown. Two more Running Touchdowns followed for Frankfurt in the first quarter – from J Rodney and J Sullivan making the score 19-0, while Stuttagart followed this with their only score of the game, a Field Goal from 29 yards out to start the second quarter.

A Mahoungou added his second on a 60 yard passing play from J Sullivan to make the score 26-3 at halftime. The rout continued in the third with J Sullivan running in from close range and M Johannknecht connecting on a 32yard pass from M Rutsch either side of an M Ebsen 48 yard Field Goal as the Galaxy extended their lead to 43-3 at the end of the third quarter.

G Ameln and F Schneickert added rushing touchdowns in the fourth quarter and kicker M Ebsen scored eight PAT’s and one Field Goal as the Final Score read Frankfurt Galaxy 57 Stuttgart Surge 3.
