Colours: Black Jerseys/ Yellow Pants with Black Stripes/ Black Helmet with Yellow Stripes.

History: The last of the Dublin Teams formed in the nineties after the demise of the Celts and Tornadoes, the Tigers are notable for having been gifted the Pittsburgh Steelers kit after the NFL team played in Dublin. They competed in the Shamrock Bowl against the Carrickfergus Knights both seasons they played in the league, winning once. Played against Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 1998, losing 0-48, becoming one of the first Irish teams to play against aan American College team in the process.

Honours: Shamrock Bowl XIV Winners 1999 (Beat Carrickfergus Knights 22-6), Runners-Up in Shamrock Bowl XIII (Lost to Carrickfergus Knights 14-22). AFAI Senior League Champions 1998.

History: 8-Man team that grew out of the Schools Flag Football Program in the Midlands.

They hosted a DV8 Blitz in Edenderry in 2007, then competed in the DV8 Development League in 2008, where they lost all their matches before merging with the Mullingar Archers as the Midlands Soldiers.

They disbanded and after many seasons where players grew tired of travelling to Dublin to play, they reformed as the South Kildare Soldiers.

Cork Admirals won two preseason practice matches against the University of Limerick Vikings in November 2003: 36-14 in Limerick, and 26-6 in Cork. The following March the Carrickfergus Kinghts defeated Dublin Rebels 14-6.

The University of Limerick Vikings beat the Cork Admirals 44-18 to win the Preseason Dingle Classic for the third year in-a-row. The game, dubbed the Gaeltacht Bowl by players, was played at the Corca Duibhne Rugby Grounds as part of the Paidi O’Se Tournament which features as its main attraction Men’s and Ladies Gaelic Football tournaments.

The Tullamore Phoenix of the DV8 Development League also played two joint training sessions and scrimmage matches in preseason 2011, against Dublin Dragons and West Dublin Rhinos.
