Tip American Football Blitz 1991 – 3 November 1991

The first Tip American Football Blitz, organised by the Dublin Tornadoes, took place at Tymon Park in Tallaght on 3 November 1991. the stormy weather forced three teams to cancel, including Lee Valley Steelers from Cork, but teams still travelled from as far as Limerick. The North Dublin Warriors finished top, winning all five matches, followed by the Tallaght Tornadoes’ Junior side, the Wildcats, and Dodder Sharks.[1]
