Recap

The Beatles (named after the band from Liverpool with the member with an Irish background, Paul McCartney) won the regular season title in the Kazan Motors Domestic Flag Football League in Tatarstan in the Ural Mountains Region of Russian Federation over Winter 2005-06. They were shocked in the Semi-Finals by Squirrels, despite having gone undefeated through the Regular Season. Diesel picked up the Championship after first defeating Bears in the Semi-Finals and then triumphing 48-33 versus Squirrels in the Final. Cardinals were the only other team in the League and failed to reach the Playoffs with a 1-7 record, although their only victory came against Finalists Squirrels.

About the Kazan Motors Domestic Flag Football League

Kazan Motors played in the Russian American Football League in 2005-06 and also organised a domestic Flag Football League in Kazan, Tatarstan in the Ural Mountains for Winter 2005-06.
